Bangladesh is a resourceful country of South Asia. The people of this land are also resourceful who are always trying to develop their lives. Manikgonj district is very close to Capital city Dhaka but its dwellers are not living up to the mark. The inhabitants of this community are struggling hard to get rid of poverty, injustice and other social bindings. There are a lot of people who are landless and fighting with natural disaster especially who live in riverside area. Ours is the pursuit to have the makings of such untouchable & under served communities by raising them over the line of misery and pessimism. Thus some social activists intended to make the fair start of the organization “Humanitarian Aid for Rural Development” with an acronym HARD. Its view is to provide all kinds of aid for social development of the untouchable and under served communities.
HARD works for Establishing an equitable society of women and men through creating the change they seek to generate in families, in work place and in society where women and untouchable groups are valued and dignified with ensuring access of resources and also creating their social and political space.
Strategy
HARD-Bangladesh develops mass awareness of whole range of stakeholders with strengthening people needs that induce developing community pressure groups impel to institutionalize social institution wherefrom they could make an unanimous stand for their rights and resources.
