As the Corporate Services Manager, you will make a significant, high-profile contribution to helping DFID India deliver its programme, and see real results emerging as a result of your inputs, initiatives and leadership. You will work closely with stakeholders at senior levels to contribute to shared objectives with other departments. Your work will help DFID India to demonstrate that UK taxpayers money is being spent responsibly at all times, to confirm the value of our work in a rapidly emerging economy.
Qualifications:
You should have a post-graduate management qualification, ideally in HR, from a reputed institution. You will have demonstrated serious commitment to development. In case your academic qualification is in a field other than HR, you should be willing to invest time in pursuing a qualification in HR, on joining DFID. You should have at least 10 years relevant work experience either with a reputed private sector organisation or the public sector, at middle to senior management level. You will have had experience working closely on organisational change management processes and enjoy working in a multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary environment where people management issues remain central to overall business delivery.
