World Vision has invited applications from qualified and deserving candidates for the job/vacancy of Asia NRD Marketing Manager.Possible locations of this job will be based in India, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and potentially others. Kindly note that this position is non-family.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required:
- Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business, Social science or Communications.
- Strong Analytic skills and self starter.
- Advanced understanding of Direct Response, Consumer Behaviour and Marketing Strategy.
- A minimum of 5 years experience, at a senior level, in strategic management of Marketing.
- Two Years Experience leading a Fundraising Operation.
- Experience in developing new or emerging Markets, Products or channels.
Preferred
- Masters or other advanced training in marketing is a plus.
- Fluent in English, skills in an Asian language desirable. Excellent communicator: inter personal,writing,and teaching. Strong interpersonal and cross cultural communication skills.
- Willing to travel extensively, regionally.
- Good cross cultural understanding, communications and training skills.
- Proven track record working at global level or working in an environment outside their home country.
- Effective networking skills, capacity to work with and lead a network. Ability to manage projects
