KAPDEC – Sri Lanka is a non – Profit, humanitarian, Development Organization that works 08 of 09 Provinces (15 Districts) in Sri Lanka. There are 01 head office & 17 branch offices and 150 Community Forums for KAPDEC’ s Programs and Community Projects through Participatory development based in these areas.
The main focus of KAPDEC’ s development activities is Community Action Planning Centeredness that encompasses all activities Programs and Projects.
KAPDEC – Sri Lanka has worked since 1993 and Currently we have 155 members (80 males & 75 Females) in Our Country. KAPDEC – Sri Lanka’s five year strategic Plan Commencing from 1st July 2005 and ending in 30th June 2010 is implemented through 07 Programs namely. Sanitation, Low Cost Housing, Appropriate Technology Transfer Programme , Health Education infrastructure development, income generation Environmental development & Social Integration.
