KDRF Profile
The KDRF was established 2006 and registered under Societies act 1860 in 2009 AD. KDRF is a independent, non-profit, non- political, non- sectarian & non – Government organization, with strong team spirit to carry out various projects. KDRF aims to campaign and undertake projects for combating pollution and safety of environment, initiate a development process in which the participation of the communities plays a central role, economic and social advancement of the people of Pakistan, particularly the under-developed areas and the marginalized communities including women and children, take efforts for conservation of biodiversity and strive for public education on biodiversity conservation and sustainable use of natural resources.
The KDRF’s team has expertise in project management, financial management, accounts and report writing. In addition to that the experience and linkages of KDRF team with agriculture, flora and fauna qualities them further to take the responsibility of this project.
• Organized a walk on honour killing (karo kari) at Hyderabad on 23 March 2007.
• 500 trees were planted at different village UC17 Latifabad Hyderabad.
• Awareness meeting regarding benefits of plantation conducted in different villages of Taluka Latifabad Hyderabad, Taluka Manjhand District Jamshoro, & District Matyari.
• Free Tuition Center is running at village Jan Mohammad Ring District Hyderabad.
• Awareness walks on Environment at District Dadu, Jamshoro & Hyderabad.
• Awareness meeting with journalist on Environmental issue at Hyderabad /Jamshoro /Matyari /Dadu press Club.
• Conducted Health and Hygiene sessions at Different villages of Dadu District and Tando Allahyar, Tando Mohammad Khan and Hyderabad.
The executive committee of the KDRF takes decision of the organization, which is comprised of the seven members.
