MISSION STATEMENT :
Poverty Alleviation by Cultural Tourism and Environmental Conservation
Kyela Envirocare intends to sensitise villagers groups etc by capacity building to organise safaris, cultural exhibitions and festivals, historical and natural places and events, visual arts and crafts, cultural dances, environmental conservation in the district. Kyela Envirocare will educate the stakeholders ,give information and education about people and entertainment with cultural tourism and conservation by workshops,seminars, classes and physical participation.
Strategies.
(1) The main strategy is to establish a district network and inspire cultural tourism which will benefit the indigenous by utilising the resources around them and preserve, develop, and transform the people from dependency to independence.
(2) The approach will be that of Participatory Theatre, to organise walking safaris in their areas showing their daily facets of life after being educated in:-.
(1) Identifying and showing tourist attractions in their own places to the tourists.
(2) To conserve and develop the areas from village level up to the international level
(3) Sell the places domestically and abroad to Tour operators by brochures, television, banners, website etc.
(4)Total Environmental conservation of the district and the tourist attractions
