Dear Sirs,
Allow us to introduce to you our Association for Protection of Citizens and Citizens’ Rights “New Hope”in the country of Macedonia, which was created by a group of citizens dissatisfied with a lot of deformations and off steps in implementation of the law. Our legal and public (registered) existence has been for eighteen months and yet we have branched out to almost all major townships of our small country convening a mass of people who come to us with serious problems of jeopardized rights and we have piled up of almost 1,000 files which we study, analyze, debate with lawyers-members of the Association and when definitely accepted we pass them on to our own solicitors for judicial processing who can make prepayment of only the actual cost and the legal reward after a successful termination of the proceedings. In specific cases, when financially inferior people are at issue our service is free.
This cognition serves us to formulate arguments and proofs upon which we urge the authorities at both the State and communal level along with the judicial system to make corrections in their practicing of the Law by direct contacts with them first and then by public critics in the media. The fact that has been encouraging us is the mass echo of the population as counterbalance to injustice.
As a matter of fact, such mischief are part of the worldwide atmosphere we live in and not less in the life of our ancestors and posteriors. So, humanity has to be steadily organized to pounce off such pests although cannot get rid totally of.
Appreciating your Association acting in the domain of humanism, by this we would like to call to you to contacts which hopefully will grow into cooperation and exchange of experiences and counsels.
Financial requirements for our activities, are covered from members which lead Association, to now, and it is very big burden for us. But the humanitarian work has not price.
We have the need about funds for normal works and your help – donation will be the big support for our association and special for people in Macedonia.
