Briefly speaking, organizations (charity, non-governmental organization, voluntary organization or similar) working directly or indirectly with children in any one or more areas of health, education and protection services can apply for these Awards. They should be legally registered and working in any one of the following countries:

Finally, NGOs should have their own annual independently audited annual accounts; their annual income should be more than US $100,000 but less than US $2,000,000; they should have their own constitution, bank account, board; and they should be completely autonomous with an independent decision-making power.
