PMM is a grass root action oriented organization taken vows to work with poor communities in villages for enhancing their livelihood resources in a sustainable manner. Our work includes motivation, mobilization of community members, identification, adoption and promotion of technology, mobilization of resources, fostering of functional mechanisms, and skill development & capacity building, experimentation and fostering mechanisms for sustainable impact, growth & spread.
Vision:
The empowerment of the deprived sections of the society; living in below poverty line in such a way, that they could access potential resources & management its for their own development & the development of area rural & urban in which they live in.
Mission:
To provide support for the people’s initiatives through a participatory community approach to overcome all developmental limitations including, social, educational, technological, political & economical. To develop linkages of women’s SHGs as an alternative, to gain economic independence and to free them from the bondages of debt & poverty and to create a way towards socio-economic change.
Area of Operation-
The working area of the organization is all India. The organization is more than twenty years old and has made a dent in the area of rural & urban development through awareness generation with community participation.PMM currently works in Vijayawada, Avanigadda, Mopidevi, Gudlavalleru and Pamarru of Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh. PMM has established it regional office at Vijayawada, so as to intensify its interventions in the Andhra Pradesh State.
Management-
PMM is governed by a 7 member’s team elected by the general house, know as governing board of the organization. The governing Board of PMM meets from time to time, to review, steer the activities and to take policy decisions, in order to achieve the desired goal of the organization. The implementation of development programme by dedicated and professional’s & trained staff. PMM time to time organize capacity building programmes for staff & team members.

The overall strategy of PMM is centered on promotion of participation in Development through participatory development process favoring the poor, oppressed and the disadvantaged sections of the society.
