PMSO, a registered Non- governmental Organization is earnestly working for the welfare of women and children in Madurai. Its prime aim is to empower the women and children by training them through various self employment and educational programs. It is a secular non-governmental organization. It aims to create harmony among the members of the public, aims to help get basic amenities like water, electricity, school and road. It takes care of health and mental hygiene of the people. It also guides young people to seek self-employment. It helps the formation of women self help groups and we have many self-help groups in our organization. It trains the self help groups for skill development. It also trains the unskilled women through trainings like sewing, typewriting, candle making, soap making etc.,
During summer holidays, it trains the Higher Secondary class students on Personality Development.
