World Vision has invited applications from qualified and deserving candidates for the job/vacancy of Operations Director, Pakistan.Possible locations of this job will be based in Islamabad,Pakistan. Kindly note that this position is on contractual basis for 1 year and is non-family position.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency and productivity.
- Ability to manage staff in remote locations.
- Clear understanding of the workings of major donor perspectives, requirements and standards.
- Must be able to represent World Vision to major programme donors in a highly professional manner, in person and in writing.
- Good command in spoken and written English.
- A full commitment to World Visions core values and mission statement.
- Full adherence to World Vision Pakistan Child Protection, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies.
- Full Adherence to security protocols
- At least 10 years’ experience in development, working in a developing country.
- Management and supervisory experience
- Experience in Project Cycle Management and report writing
Preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of World Vision Operation
