Sustainable Agriculture Community Development Programme,Kenya (SACDEP KENYA )IS A NGO based in Kenya .It was registered in 1993 with a madaate to assist the resource limited rural communities of Kenya realize their potentials by using those resources. Since inception 16 years ago, the Orgnization has worked with at least 35,000 house holds and its stil going on. this has been possible through co operation with funding partners . these partners are still welcome to join in cntributing t the improvement of the resource limited population living in the rural areas of our country.
The Organizatins mission is to facillitate Sustainable development for communities in Kenyaand Eastern Africa region through sustainable agriculture principles and practices
Our core values are commitment to low cost sustainable approaches to food security and nutrition, agro income security and sustainable agriculture ,transparent operations,community Capacity building for livelihood improvement,solidarity with the resource limited and appreciation of community’s knowledge. The major focus is in the improvement of communities livelihoods through the interventios we make. The organizations is also focused to wards Renewable Energy ,enviromental and Biodiversity conservation as it campaign on issues of climate change.
