Visionaries for Integrated Social Initiatives of Network (VISION), besides a Non-political, Non-profit making voluntary organization is whole heartedly dedicated for the symphonic, harmonious development of the down trodden and their living standard in a geometric progression. It held its birth on dt. 12.01.1998 on the occasion of National Youth Day with the sincere, unceasing, uncompromising commitments and efforts of a group of youth.
GOAL :
To establish a just, participatory and sustainable society by utilising the local available resources and services where each individual will live with dignity and self respect.
VISION :
Establishment of a healthy society providing equal status and opportunities and social justice irrespective of Caste, Creed, Colour and religion based on the participatorial frame work.
OBJECTIVE :
• To enable the last man of the society to live with dignity.
• To improve the living standard of economically poor.
• To establish self-confidence among the people through the mobilization of local available resources.
• To promote integrated development through systematic, time bound and result oriented programme.
• To take-up activities on women empowerment, Gender devilment, organization building, land and entrepreneurship development.
• To promote the integral development of the people beg undertaking Health, Education Socio-Economic project, and other social development.
Programme with the cooperation of Govt., Funding Agency and NGOs.
• To Provide legal support.
• To implement action project, counseling and welfare of the weaker of the weaker section to explore and demonstrate new methods of practice.
• To development agriculture in a sustainable approach with possible techniques.
• To establish training, research and documentation center.
• To take-up issue based Networking in micro level.
• To act intermediary between the Govt. and the target group.
GEOGRAPHICAL AREA :
Presently VISION is working in Golamunda, Dharmagarh and Bhawanipatana Block of Kalahandi District, Orissa.

Women & Child, Down trodden, Marginal Farmers, Poor, Minority & CBOs.
