Executive Summary
Climate change is intensifying floods, droughts, heatwaves, biodiversity loss, and food insecurity. Vulnerable rural and peri-urban communities are disproportionately affected due to dependence on climate-sensitive livelihoods such as agriculture, forestry, and informal labor.
This proposal aims to strengthen community-level climate resilience and promote environmental sustainability through awareness, nature-based solutions, sustainable livelihoods, and local governance engagement.
The model is low-cost, scalable, and suitable for NGOs, CSR programs, district administrations, and climate-focused foundations.
