The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is accepting full applications for South Sudan Livelihoods Annual Program Statement. The goal is to improve livelihood while promoting recovery with resilience in the most heavily conflict-affected areas of South Sudan.
The fund available under this program is up to US$40 million. Of this total, at least US$25 million or more is likely to go to a combination of agriculture and economic opportunity activities, with a lower amount available for the infrastructure rehabilitation and WASH objectives. USAID anticipates that up to four cooperative agreements of at least US$10 million per award will be awarded under this APS.
Eligibility Criteria
- USAID will not consider any individual applications below a minimum of US$10 million or above a maximum of US$20 million.
- USAID will not accept applications from individuals.
- All applicants must be legally recognized organizational entities under applicable law.
- Applicants must complete all required steps (if any) with the host government to legally operate their program before implementing their program.
- Applicants must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and must include the date of their CCR expiration.
- S. and Non-U.S. Non-Profit Organizations, U.S. and Non-U.S. For-Profit Organizations, and U.S. and Non-U.S. Colleges and Universities are eligible to apply.
