“What’s the point of the revolution if I cannot dance?” This phrase, inspired by a quote from the 19th century Russian feminist Emma Goldman, takes on a full meaning for women who aspire to freely control their own bodies. This is the reason that the Mediterranean Women’s Fund decided to make the theme of the 2012 competition the bodies of women in motion in the Mediterranean basin.
Eligibility-
- The competition is open to adults and minors (with parents written permission)
- The participants can submit a maximum of 4 photographs format A3 in black and white or colour. The photos should be sent by mail to the following address photosffm2012@gmail.com or to the website of the Mediterranean Women’s Fund to the page “Photo competition”
- The photographs should satisfy the technical specifications mentioned in the participation procedure.
- The photographs should have a connection with the theme of the competition: “What’s the point of the revolution if I cannot dance?”
