Nominations are now open for the Asian Human Capital Award inviting entries from all organizations with operations in Asia. The award is aimed at honoring innovative and impactful people practices adopted by Asia-based organizations. The awards in different categories will be presented during the Singapore Human Capital Summit 2012.
The award, jointly sponsored by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower, INSEAD and CNBC Asia, is a platform to bring to light useful case studies and generate practical insights with the purpose of addressing human capital challenges in Asia.
What this Award can mean?
By winning this Award, your organization can be an example in Asia of effective human capital management that effectively aligns business and people strategies to maximize value.
The winner(s) will be:
- Inducted into an elite group of progressive organisations honoured for successfully integrating business and people strategies;
- Invited to join renowned thought and business leaders to share its winning people strategy at the Singapore Human Capital Summit;
- Featured prominently in Asia publications; and
- Presented with a specially-commissioned Asian artwork trophy.
Eligibility
The nominations should demonstrate the following qualities in their people practice:
- Alignment of people practice to business strategy;
- Innovation in developing and contextualizing the people practice to address local needs;
- High quality in execution; and
- Significant impact on business outcomes.
- Entries must be endorsed by your Chief Executive Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, or their equivalent.
Note. Entry is free and all applicants will receive two complimentary passes to the Singapore Human Capital Summit Award Forum in 2012.
