Images & Voices of Hope, a global dialogue that seeks to strengthen the role of media as agents of world benefit is seeking nominations for the World Summit Awards of Appreciation to be awarded at the “Our Images & Voices of Hope annual World Summit” that will take place from September 27-30, 2012.
Images & Voices of Hope works to expand the awareness of the choices those in media make that raise public trust, generate constructive meaning and amplify human hope, enhancing humanity’s capacity for life-promoting actions.
The awards will honor individuals or organizations whose commitment to constructive change has been demonstrated through exceptional work in journalism, marketing, advertising, arts, culture, and digital media.
Your recommendation for this award should state the extent to which the nominee has proven this commitment. Please submit examples of excellence in media for which the nominee was responsible. Examples may include print, broadcast, or new media projects that illuminate humanity’s capacity for greatness, inspire compassion, or show the impact of dialogue and action.
