Entries are being accepted for St Andrews Prize for the Environment which aims to recognize significant contributions to environmental conservation. The winner receives $100,000 USD and each of the other two finalists receive $25,000 USD.

How to apply?
For applying this prize their are two stages-
First Submission Round-
- The 2014 prize opened for entries on 1 August 2013. If applicants would like to enter, please complete the online entry form by 31 October 2013.
- The online entry form should be completed in English and clearly written for a general (rather than technical) audience.
- If submission is unsuccessful applicants will be notified.
- If their submission is to be considered further, they will be contacted and advised on how to enter the second submission round.
- Applicants can enter the prize online
Second submission round–
- For the second submissions stage applicants will be required to provide a more detailed summary of their project. More information on this submission round will be communicated to them in due course.
- All second round entries will then be judged and finalists shortlisted.
- If unsuccessful they will also be notified.
Eligibility-
Applications are sent in by individuals, multi-disciplinary teams and community groups.
