International Program on Disability, Technology and Rehabilitation is seeking submissions for Access to Assistive Technology in Resource Limited Environments. This special issue focuses on the different components of the AT ecosystem in RLEs, and seeks an understanding of the systemic and structural challenges to providing AT in RLEs, as well as examples of good practices and methods to successfully promote access to and acquisition of appropriate assistive technology.
Submission Format–
- All manuscripts submitted for consideration must meet D&R: ATs submission standards, as outlined in its Instructions for Authors. All authors must meet the requirements (including abstracts and key words) and provide all necessary contact information.
- Authors must submit documentation concerning any permissions and are responsible for obtaining such documents.
- If accepted documents are turned over to D&R: AT that do not contain all pertinent submission documentation, D&R: AT will not process the files until such documentation is received.
- If a manuscript is accepted, authors will be expected to provide D&R: AT with electronic text files (MS Word) and graphics files (PowerPoint, Excel, jpeg, tiff).
