The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) beginning October 24, 2011 will start accepting abstracts for the 7th International Conference on Appropriate Healthcare Technologies for Developing Countries (AHT) 2012.
IET, a Charity registered in England & Wales and Scotland, is one of the world’s leading professional societies for the engineering and technology community, with more than 150,000 members in 127 countries and offices in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. The IET provides a global knowledge network to facilitate the exchange of ideas and promote the positive role of science, engineering and technology in the world.
Through this call for papers, IET is offering eligible and qualified authors an opportunity to have their say, promote their work, theories and case studies. All papers will be peer reviewed and accepted papers will be delivered by oral presentations and posters. Successful authors enjoy additional career-enhancing benefits including your full paper published in the conference proceedings and indexed on INSPEC and IEEE Xplore.
Once the abstracts have been accepted, the authors will be required to submit full papers for their poster and oral presentations.
The full papers deadline will be specified.
The IET or other associated societies cannot meet any travelling or subsistence expenses for authors, either prior to or during the conference.
Last date for submission of abstracts will be March 28, 2012.
