Twinning Call for Proposals is issued by the European Commission on the Project Title, Twinning project fiche for “Twinning project fiche for “Reinforcement of National Policy and Tools for Implementing Rural Development in Israel” (IS12/ENPAP/AG/06).
The Twinning project purpose is to help the Israeli Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) to reinforce the Israeli National Policy for rural development and to offer tools for its implementation in line with the acquiscommunautaire, especially through the identification of successful mechanisms and best practices. Besides the strategy and policy development and promotion of diversification of rural activities, including agro-tourism, the project aims to develop an enabling administrative environment, including legislative aspects in line with EU experience and finally to build relevant capacities and provide implementation tools to the institutions in charge.
This call for proposals is being conducted in Israel with maximum project durations of 18 Months having overall amount EUR 820.0 available.
Selection of the MS organization will be based on an evaluation of several qualitative aspects including but not limited to the proposed methodology, the experience of the proposed Resident Twinning Advisor (RTA) and the Project Leader (PL), the experience of the organization in cooperation projects and the MS presentation.
