Singing for Change offers competitive grants to progressive, non-profit organizations that address the root causes of social or environmental problems. It funds organizations that inspire personal growth, community integration and the enhanced awareness that collectively, people can bring about positive change.
Priority is given to groups that are:
- working to engage individuals in their communities,
- helping people realize their full potential and become self-sufficient, and
- creating lasting change in the communities they serve.

- Child welfare
- Education
- Environmental education
- Human services
Size of Grants
Grants range in size from $1,000.00 to $10,000.00.
Eligibility Criteria
Grants are made only to nonprofit organizations with tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service code, or to organizations that have a sponsoring agency with this status.
How to Apply
- Interested applicants must submit a one-page letter of interest describing your organization and your project.
- If the request gets selected for further consideration, the applicants will be invited to submit full proposals.
