The Technovation Challenge is accepting registrations from girls for the Global Technology Entrepreneurship Program. The Challenge aims to empower young women to use technology to make a better place. Technovation Challenge 2015 is based on the theme “Create an App Addressing a Community Problem or Issue. It will grant $20,000 USD as a seed fund. Official judges will be giving their valuable feedback on apps.
Technovation is a program by Iridescent, a non-profit organization that main motive is to inspire and educate girls and women to solve real-world problems through technology.
Eligibility Criteria
- Girls from any country are eligible to apply
- Applicant must be aged between 10-18 years
- Female professionals in technology or business can also apply as mentor.
