UNESCO is inviting applicants for 8th UNESCO Youth Forum which will be conducted in Paris, France form 29-31 October 2013. The submitted action projects should propose innovative and feasible action for development, by and for youth, tackling youth-related issues.

Eligibility & Criteria-
- The proposed projects should address one of the 7 specific themes mentioned above
- They should focus on one of the 3 long-term objectives elaborated above
- Their target populations should be young women and men in general and, among them in particular, those vulnerable and marginalized
- The projects should be youth-led
- They should be planned to be implemented over a period of up to 2 years
- Their scope could be local, national, sub-regional, regional or inter-regional
- Multi-disciplinary approaches are encouraged
