Proposals for papers are being invited by DW Akademie for media dialogue symposium. The main objective of this symposium is to evaluate the successes and challenges of Kenya’s media landscape. This symposium will be conducted in Bonn, Germany. The conference will be held in English
Symposium will be held in Two sessions i.e-
- Session 1: Media Legislation and Media Ownership in Kenya
- Session 2: Journalistic Standards and Ethnic Politicization in Kenyan Media Coverage
Submission required-
Authors are encouraged to submit their abstracts/proposals for consideration as posters. Posters can be presented during the conference breaks and are subject to the same conditions that apply to the selection of papers.
Eligibility & Criteria-
International media academics and political scientists, economists, academic lawyers and journalists may participate in this dialogue.
