The FXB Center is accepting applications from graduates for its Interdisciplinary research team on opportunities and challenges of human rights, social inclusion, health, finance and law. Applicants from any country may apply. The FXB Center at Harvard University is launching an 18-month examination into the state of knowledge. This is a paid research opportunity aims to work for developing an evidence base for the use and acceptability of national ID cards, creating a framework for this conference, and changing a global conversation on ID cards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualitative, quantitative, legal, public policy and spatial approaches are welcome.
- Graduates having interest in following areas can apply:
- Social inclusion
- Ethical basis for ID cards
- Human rights and right to identity
- Big data and its use in health
- Biometrics
- Financial inclusion
- The Aadhaar card and ID number in India
- Implementation considerations
- Governance and political dimensions of ID cards
