The African great lakes region (including Rwanda, Burundi, DR.Congo), has been crossing a very long period of armed conflicts ending to strong Natural resources mismanagement. Especially, collective natural resources underwent the deteriorations and depredations and, and the inefficiency of public institutions in charge of the natural resources.
