Commonwealth Of Learning’s (COL) and National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) are please to invite participants to participate in Seventh Pan-Commonwealth Forum on Open Learning (PCF7). This conference will be held at Abuja, Nigeria from 2 – 6 December 2013. The goal of this forum is to promote dialogue, sharing, networking and collaboration among all participants.
The Forum will address “Open Learning for Development: Towards Empowerment and Transformation” through five themes: Girls’ and Women’s Education, Skills Development, Promoting Open Educational Resources (OER), Innovation and Technology and Institutional Development.
