The Watermill Center’s International Summer Program for July 2015 – Aug 2015 is calling applications from world artists. This event is led by the artistic director of Watermill Center – Robert Wilson.
Watermill’s summer program provides golden chance to get trained under development tricks of Robert Wilson and also to work with reputed professionals of international performing arts world.
The Watermill Center is a global laboratory for the arts and humanities founded in 2006 by artist Robert Wilson. Robert gave a platform to all young talents around the world to learn, create, work and grow as an artist. It also includes practices to perform arts by using science researches, inspiration from visual arts, and humanities as resources.
Admission Process
Summer Program participants are selected on the basis of their artistic abilities, innovative potential, achievements in ones’ particular field, and what will they serve to Watermill’s International Summer Program.
Eligibility Criteria
Only individuals can apply. Group submissions are not eligible according to our admission process.
How to Apply
- Participants are required to fill the form by logging in Slideroom application portal. Sign up to create new account.
- Participants have to pay fee of $10 USD for Summer Program.
The form contains following sections – Personal Information, Qualifications, Interests, and Letter of Motivation, Special Opportunities: a chance to express interest in additional participation opportunities, references: 2 references are required inorder to collect additional information, the panel will contact references (only contact information), attachment: resume/CV , media uploads: videos, images, audio, and pdfs, files can be uploaded or linked to.
Committee will shortlist participants and contact them through e-mail by mid-May.
