Hungarian Environmental Partnership Foundation in cooperation with other organizations is inviting proposals for NGO fund of EEA/Norwegian Financial Mechanism for Hungarian NGOs to support action projects. The main objective of the fund program is to strengthen civil society development and enhance contribution to social justice, democracy and sustainable development in Hungary.
The call is open till end of 2014 and eligible organizations can apply any time during the year. Grants are offered throughout the year until total budget does not exhaust. Applicants must apply early with complete application to receive the fund. The call aims to support organization and implementation of short campaigns or one-time movements, social or/and joint actions that address one or several horizontal concerns of EEA/Norway grants.
The grant size is €1000 – €5000 for maximum period of one year.
Eligibility Criteria –
- Associations and alliances, foundations and associations, and social cooperatives registered in Hungary and have been actively operating according to their funding document for at least 1 year prior to submitting the proposal and have no public debt are eligible.
- One organization can submit only one proposal.
Complete application includes – summary of the project action, expected results and indicators as well as the approved project budget, of the official registration of the applicant organization, not older than 30 days, certification of National Tax and Duty Administration that the organization does not have any public dues, copy of bylaws or funding document, immediate collection order signed by the bank of the project promoter issued to all of its bank accounts, and copy of the latest annual report accompanied with application form.
