Nominations are open for the Australian Awards for Excellence in Women’s Leadership that recognizes the contribution of individuals to the advancement of gender equality at a National and State/Territory across 2015.More specifically the award recognises contribution of individuals that have significantly improved the likelihood of Australian women receiving equitable access to higher levels of leadership.
The 2016 recipient of The Australian Award for Excellence in Women’s Leadership will be selected by 60,000 Australian leaders from entry level managers through to the highest ranks spanning all sectors and industries.
The underlying purpose of The Australian Award for Excellence in Women’s Leadership is to increase visibility and momentum for the push for Australian women to receive equitable access to higher levels of leadership across all industries and the broader Australian community.
Women and Leadership Australia (WLA) is a national initiative that encourages the presence of women in business and community leadership roles.
