University of Western Australia seeking applications for 2013 Roland and Pam Farrant Scholarships in the field of social sciences in Australia.
The Roland and Pam Farrant Scholarship is provided from a bequest made by the late Mr Roland Farrant to The University of Western Australia (`the University) to facilitate the participation of Indigenous students in tertiary education.
The scholarship is available to Indigenous students intending to enrol in the Aboriginal Orientation Course and undertaking SOCS0046 Social Science 1 and SOCS0047Social Science 2 (`the Social Science units)
The purpose of the scholarships is to assist Indigenous students intending to enrol in the Social Science units in the Aboriginal Orientation Course.
Eligibility–
- an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia
- an Indigenous Australian
- eligible to enrol in the Social Science units in the Aboriginal Oritentation Course
