The Donner Awards is Canada’s largest non -profit recognition program. The annual $60,000 makes it the Canada’s prestigious program. Participating organizations are ranked on their performance in ten key areas, including management and governance, the use of staff and volunteers, innovations, program cost, and outcome monitoring.
The Donner Awards Program helps Canadians make wise giving decisions by establishing clear and objective criteria for measuring the performance of non -profits relative to their peers. Finalists are permitted to use the Donner Awards Program logo to communicate to donors, members, and volunteers that their organization has demonstrated excellence in non-profit management and social service delivery.
The application forms for 2012 are available now. The prize money is around $60,000 available to be won, with a total of nine awards granted.
Non-Profit Performance Evaluation
