Arts Council England has announced funding opportunity worth £15,000 for individuals, organisations involved in arts related activity.This programme is being funded by the National Lottery. The goal of this programme is to support a range of activities across the arts, museums and libraries – from theatre to digital art, reading to dance, music to literature, and crafts to collections.
Grants may be requested between £1,000 and £100,000.
Note: Applicant’s access costs will not affect how long it takes to make a decision on application. This is particularly important if applicants are requesting close to £15,000 from funder.
Eligibility criteria:
- Individuals, organisations involved in arts related activity and other people who use the arts in their work are eligible to apply.
- Individual applicants to Grants for the arts might be:
- artists, musicians, writers, performers
- promoters, producers
- curators, directors
- groups of people (one will need to take the lead and have the main responsibility for managing the application and any grant)
- Eligible organizations:
- arts organisations
- local authority and other public organisations such as library services and museum services
- regional and national organisations
- organisations whose normal activity is not related to the arts, including voluntary and community groups
- groups of organisations (one will need to take the lead and have the main responsibility for managing the application and any grant)
- Grants are only given to Individuals and organisations based within the European Union
