The course first aims to youth workers working with young adults(18 years and older) on professional and volunteer basis that was to develop themselves.
Further, the course aims at NGO workers, adult educators,(head) teachers, Principal, managers and other management staff in schools/organizations involved offering (non) formal adult education projects. It is for those who on a regular basis are confronted with groups of people were tensions and conflict occur.
