University of South Carolina invites applications for Richard T. Greener Scholarship for Undergraduate Students in the courses offered by the University.
The Richard T. Greener Scholarship is $2,000 per year. Out-of-state students may be eligible to receive a tuition reduction. (Note: Tuition reductions are based on academic requirements as set forth by the University.) Half of the yearly scholarship amount is issued each semester for a maximum of 8 semesters (summer school excluded) provided eligibility is maintained.
Eligibility–
- Applicants must be citizens of the United States.
- Applicants must be graduating high school seniors.
- Applicants must have applied for admission to the University of South Carolina.
- Applicants must have an officially verified score of at least 1,000 on the combined SAT Math and SAT Critical Reading sections (Carolina does not factor SAT Writing scores into scholarship selection.) Applicants must also have a weighted core course GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) as calculated by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
