The Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs’ (EAP) Office of Regional Security Policy (RSP) at the U.S. Department of State is seeking proposal to provide program development, logistical and administrative support for U.S. foreign assistance funded activities supporting the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) engagement activities, East Asia Summit (EAS) related engagements (including the Expanded ASEAN Maritime Forum (EAMF) and Expanded ASEAN Seafarer Training (EAST) program, and the Lower Mekong Initiative (LMI) program.

Eligibility criteria
- EAP welcomes applications from U.S.-based and foreign-based non-profit organizations/non-government organizations (NGO) (headquartered in the Asia Pacific region) and public international organizations, private, public, or state institutions of higher education.
- Applicants must provide evidence of meeting this eligibility and of having significant experience in planning and implementing international travel, program administration, fiscal management and budgeting as well as the ability to organize and coordinate international meetings and events.
- EAP welcomes applications irrespective of an applicant’s race, ethnicity, color, creed, national origin, gender, sensual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other status.
- All applicants are strongly encouraged to review the Excluded Parties List System in SAM to ensure that no ineligible entity is included.
