Santander Group and University of Essex announces Master’s Scholarships for which courses are offered by the university.The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic merit, to students who would not otherwise be able to take up a place at Essex.
The scholarships will be awarded in the form of a discount on tuition fees for the 2013-14 academic year and cannot be deferred to a later year or a different course from the one for which applicants are admitted. The selected scholar will be required to pay any balance of tuition fees from personal or other funds.
Scholarships of £5,000 each are awarded for 1 year.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- hold an offer of admission to a one year, full time Masters programme in any subject by the closing date for the scholarship; the offer can be unconditional or conditional.
- reside in one of the above mentioned “Santander Universidades”countries
- be resident in the country for the purpose of ordinary residence, employment or study and to demonstrate this with a residence document or immigration document.
