The Freeport Community Foundation is inviting all eligible applicants for grant opportunity offered by the foundation to help provide for the well-being of the citizens of northwest Illinois by accumulating assets in the form of permanent funds and prudently distributing income from those funds to charitable organizations.
Fields of interests-
- Address current and emerging needs
- Foster civil and community betterment
- Meet human and health service needs
- Provide reform and innovation in the schools and new approaches to learning
- Support the advancement of arts and literature
Eligibility & Criteria-
- The Freeport Community Foundation generally awards to organizations that serve Freeport and nearby communities in Stephenson, Jo Daviess, and Carroll Counties.
- Any individual, family, business, or organization who has an interest in supporting these communities can contribute to the Foundation in a variety of ways.
