National Institutes of Health (NIH) is inviting applications for Blood Pressure Measurement Technologies in US and India that would serve both countries, particularly in undeserved populations. The mission of this project is to to encourage research leading to the development of new blood pressure measurement technologies for rapid, minimally intrusive, flexible monitoring and management of hypertension in undeserved populations. The goal of this FOA is the improvement of hypertension diagnosis and management through the presence of more accessible and affordable means of measuring hypertension.
