U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has announced Global Development Alliance (GDA) Annual Program Statement (APS). This program aims to increase the sustainable impact of development assistance programs and more effectively address critical development challenges worldwide. Through strategic and ongoing collaboration, the private sector and USAID are better able to increase the impact, reach, efficiency, and effectiveness of respective investments in developing countries worldwide. This Global Development Alliance (GDA) Annual Program Statement (APS) is designed to catalyze, facilitate and support such collaboration.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- USAID welcomes applications from many types of organizations including U.S. and non-U.S. private businesses, business and trade associations, foundations, U.S. and non-U.S. Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), faith-based organizations, international organizations, U.S. and non-U.S. colleges and universities, civic groups, regional organizations, etc. All applicants must be legally recognized organizational entities under applicable law. An individual cannot apply as an applicant.
- Qualified U.S. and non-U.S. private non-profit organizations may apply for USAID funding under this APS.
- Qualified U.S. and non-U.S. colleges and universities may apply for funding under this APS.
