Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor is seeking applications for The Global Equality Fund: Programs to Protect the Human Rights of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Persons. The goal of this program is to promote reforms and structural changes that take advantage of changing social and political dynamics.

Eligibility & Criteria
- Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- Small businesses

- For profit organizations other than small businesses
- Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
- Private institutions of higher education
- Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
