Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is pleased to invite application for International TNM and Capacity Building program. This program is supported by National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (NCCDPHP), Division of Cancer Prevention and Control. The goal of this program is to enhance and improve accurate cancer staging to allow for comparison across countries and to increase capacity for resource appropriate cancer screening and planning.
The FOA will address three areas of cancer prevention and control-
- cancer surveillance
- capacity building
- cervical cancer control planning
Eligibility & Criteria-
Eligibility is limited to non-domestic foreign institutions with the ability to facilitate greater collaboration between the United States, European Registries and registries from other countries on developing common terminology for cancer staging and support cancer prevention and control programs in low-resource settings.
