- CSOs more effectively represent their constituencies
- Institutional capacity of strategic partners developed
- Enabling environment more conducive to long-term sustainability of civil society
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Applicants who are eligible to apply are U.S. and non-U.S. non-profit or for profit Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and other qualified non-USG organizations who are able to respond to the RFA and be able to mobilize in a short period of time.
- organizations must have a commitment to non-discrimination with respect to beneficiaries and adherence to equal opportunity employment practices. Non-discrimination includes equal treatment without regard to race, religion, ethnicity, gender, and political affiliations.
