Applications are invited for National Resource Center for Mental Health Promotion and Youth Violence Prevention (YVP-RC) Program which aims to increase the effectiveness of youth violence prevention. This program is supported by Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Center for Mental Health Services. The objective of this program is to promote and enhance the wellness of young children by developing infrastructure and implement prevention/promotion wellness strategies necessary to promote the wellness of young children from birth to age eight.
Eligibility & Criteria-
Eligible applicants are domestic public and private nonprofit entities, including current and former grantees. For example-
- State and local governments
- Federally recognized American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) Tribes and tribal organizations
- Urban Indian organizations
- Public or private universities and colleges
- Community– and faith-based organizations
