The Center for Law & Human Behavior at the University of Texas at El Paso is announcing Request for Proposals for researchers. These researchers interested in studying social psychological factors which influence interrogation, interviewing and credibility assessment in the human intelligence and national security context.
The Center for Law & Human Behavior at the University of Texas is particularly interested in scientific approach which utilizes ethnically diverse community participants in both laboratory and translational or applied contexts. A list of potential topics of interest and details regarding the submission and review process are provided in the attached document. The Center anticipates that around 10 (1-year) research proposals may be awarded, with allocations ranging between $50,000 and $200,000 in total costs.
Proposals must be submitted by 5:00pm (EDT) on Friday, July 13, 2012.
