United States Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families Office of Refugee Resettlement is seeking applications for Rescue & Restore Victims of Human Trafficking Regional Program.
Grant recipients will serve as focal points for the identification of foreign victims of severe forms of trafficking in persons as defined by the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 and their referral for protection and assistance in their targeted geographic area.
Eligibility Criteria –
- Any type of entity in city or township governments, native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments), nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education, public and State controlled institutions of higher education, county governments, independent school districts, special district governments are eligible to apply.
- Other eligible applicants are – small businesses, nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education, state governments, public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities, private institutions of higher education, for profit organizations other than small businesses, native American tribal governments (Federally recognized).
- Faith-based and community organizations that meet the eligibility are also eligible.
