Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) supported by United States Department of Justice (DOJ) is accepting applications for Violence Against Women Formula Grant Program. The mission of this program is to implements the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and subsequent legislation and provides national leadership on issues of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.
OVW grants help provide provide victims with the protection and services they need to pursue safe and healthy lives, while improving communities capacity to hold offenders accountable for their crimes.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Any State of the United States
- the District of Columbia
- the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Island
