The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications to fund a Cooperative Agreement for Retounen Lekòl (RtL): Access to Quality Education for Out-Of-School Children and Youth in Haiti. The goal of the activity is to support Haitian Ministry of Education.
Eligibility Criteria
Any U.S. or Haiti organization, non-profit, or for-profit entity is eligible to apply. All potential applicants are eligible.

- Applicants are requested to submit applications through email.
- Applications must include only one prime applicant.
- All application files submitted must be compatible with Microsoft Office in a MS Windows environment and/or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf).
- The subject of each e-mail must read as follows: “RFA#: 521-15 – 000009 Retounen Lekol (RtL): Access to Quality Education for Out-of School Children and Youth – E-mail 1 of [#].”
